What it is
A learner taps a badge at the gate. In about a second MySentinel confirms the check in or check out, records it immutably, updates a live dashboard and attendance, and notifies every verified guardian — push first, then email, WhatsApp, SMS. Every campus carries its own brand and runs in its parents’ language. Built entirely on Cloudflare, so there are no servers to run.

The proof (not slideware)
Verified working end-to-end: the NFC gate tap on a phone, web push on a real device, offline-then-sent at a flaky-signal gate, WhatsApp + SMS delivery, branded PDF exports, and cross-campus health across multiple live schools. Tenant isolation, passkey step-up, and trilingual UI all hold under inspection.
Honest about the road ahead
A group-scoped owner login (see only your campuses) and multi-region scale-out are on the near roadmap — we say so plainly, because earning trust across your parent base is the whole product. Today you operate the group from one console and pilot per campus.
The economics
- ~R10 per learner per month (negotiable at group scale). Predictable, headcount-based — no per-message surprises.
- App push + email included. WhatsApp / SMS are bring-your-own provider or pass-through at cost.
